My Night
Saved listing identifiers stay in your browser's local storage. No account is required. You can remove individual listings or clear the saved list from My Night. Clearing browser storage also removes it.
For Comics accounts
Google sign-in provides a stable account identifier, your email address, and basic name information. We use that identifier, not your email alone, to create or retrieve your Austin Comedy Hub account. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens or request access to your contacts, calendar, or files. Google handles its own sign-in process under its privacy policy.
Your display name, optional city, role, interests, followed listings, and logbook entries are stored on this site's server. Dates played, set lengths, names of other comics, and notes are private to your account in the member interface, not public performance claims. Do not add confidential information about others. Authorized site operators can access server records for support and administration; this is not an end-to-end encrypted notebook.
Shared comic schedules
Share My Schedule creates an unlisted snapshot from only the logbook entries and fields you select. Dates, times, venues, titles, and plan status are selected by default; notes and other-comic names are not. A person with the link can view and reshare that snapshot until it expires or you revoke it. Unlisted does not mean private, and a future plan is not a venue-confirmed booking. Editing your logbook later does not change an existing snapshot.
Shared schedule pages are marked not to be indexed, but search engines and third parties may not always honor that request. The site stores the snapshot and random link token with your account. Account exports include your snapshot history without reusable link tokens. Deleting your account removes active schedule links from the current account store; contact admin about any retained server backups.
Account sessions use an HTTP-only cookie, with an eight-hour maximum and a two-hour idle limit. You can export your account and logbook or delete them in Profile. Deletion removes active account records and invalidates account sessions; contact admin about any retained server backups. Signing in again after deletion creates a new empty account. Separately managed public editorial listings and newsletter subscriptions are unaffected. Following a listing or choosing interests does not subscribe you to email, notify a comic, register you for an open mic, or confirm a booking. My Night remains device-local and is not automatically copied into your account.
Mailing list
We store your email address, selected topics, consent status, and subscription timestamps to manage the updates you request. Confirmation is required before a subscription becomes active. Unsubscribed addresses remain suppressed unless you make and confirm a new request. Submitting a listing does not subscribe you to email.
Listing submissions
We store the contact email and details you provide so an editor can review and respond. Contact emails are not published in the public catalog. Comic, show, and open-mic submissions are routed to comics@austincomedyhub.com; corrections and general editorial suggestions are routed to admin@austincomedyhub.com.
Service providers
Interactive maps request geographic data from OpenFreeMap. Like other online requests, these include network information such as your IP address. Fonts and page images are served by this site.
Share buttons use your browser or device's share feature when available, with a copy-link fallback. Austin Comedy Hub does not load a social-network sharing SDK. The service you choose to share through applies its own privacy practices.
Email delivery is currently disabled. Subscription requests may be stored, but a queued message does not mean an email was sent.
